Lifestyle & Brand Photography: On-location imagery that shows your product in real environments and your brand in real life. Built for websites, social campaigns, and the kind of ad creative that doesn't look like an ad.

Headshots & Team Photography Modern: brand-consistent headshots for executives, teams, and "About" pages. Shot on-location at your office or in our studio. Booked as a half-day or full-day session.

Process

How a Photo Shoot Works

1. Discovery & Quote (1–3 days) A short call to understand what the images are for, how many you need, and where they'll run. We send a fixed quote within 48 hours.

2. Pre-Production (1–2 weeks) Shot list, styling direction, location or studio booking, and prep. For product work, you ship samples to our studio.

3. Shoot Day Half-day or full-day production. Most product shoots produce 15–40 final images per day; lifestyle shoots produce 30–80.

4. Edit & Delivery (1–2 weeks) Color, retouching, and final delivery in every format you need — web, print, social-cropped, and master files. Two rounds of revisions included.

Typical project: 2–4 weeks from kickoff to final delivery.

Why Brands Hire Cactus Cut for Photography

Photographer-owned, not outsourced. The person you brief is the person behind the camera and in the edit. Faster turnaround, fewer surprises, and direct creative control.

Studio + on-location, no compromises. Full studio setup for controlled product work, plus the gear and experience to run a clean shoot anywhere — your warehouse, a job site, a restaurant, or the middle of a field.

Built for how images actually get used. Every shoot ships with the crops, sizes, and formats your team needs — Amazon-spec product shots, vertical social crops, paid ad sizes, and master files for print. One shoot, every deliverable.

FAQs

How much does commercial photography cost in Augusta?

1

Most of our photo projects range from $1,500 to $8,000+ depending on shoot length, number of final images, location, and post-production needs. Half-day product shoots typically start around $1,500. Full-day brand and lifestyle shoots typically range from $3,000 to $6,000. We provide a fixed quote after a short discovery call.

How many final images will I get?

2

It depends on the shoot type. A typical half-day product shoot produces 15–25 final retouched images. A full-day lifestyle shoot produces 50–80. We deliver the strongest selects rather than every frame — quality over volume.

Do I need to ship product samples for product photography?

3

Yes. For product shoots, we'll need samples shipped or dropped off at least one week before the shoot date. We return them after the shoot at your preference.

Do you handle retouching?

4

Yes. All final images include color correction and standard retouching — clean backgrounds, color accuracy, blemish removal, and consistency across the set. Heavy compositing or advanced retouching is quoted separately.

Yes! Most clients save 20–30% by combining them. We can run a hybrid production day with separate photo and video coverage, delivering both sets of assets from a single shoot.

ou receive unlimited usage rights for marketing, advertising, web, social, and print. We retain the right to use the images in our portfolio and marketing. Exclusive or buyout rights are available on request.

Most shoots are booked 2–4 weeks out. For larger productions or specific seasonal windows (Masters Week, holiday campaigns), book 6–8 weeks ahead.
